A prominent member of the Sikh community in Nakuru is dead.
Mr Panesar, as he was commonly known, was reportedly murdered by thugs on the night of Thursday 14, October 2021.
Additional records seen on social media by cnyakundi.com claim that the deceased was allegedly stabbed multiple times by the yet-to-be-identified perpetrators who attempted to rob him.
Panesar was rushed to a nearby health facility by good samaritans who passed by the scene but unfortunately for him, fate was not on his side.
He was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The news of his demise has been received with much sadness, not only from the Sikh population but also from other members of the extended Nakuru community.
A Very sad happening indeed.
