Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is delaying payment of pensions for teachers who have retired.

Kindly highlight the rot at the pensions department.
I am a teacher who has served under the Teachers Service Commission from 1990. Because of the suffering inflicted on the teaching fraternity by the employer and her agents, I opted to take the Voluntary Early Retirement.
I was allowed to retire as from 1st August 2017.
Since then, I have not got my dues.
Teachers cannot resign, or they will not get any benefits; one must work until you are 50 years, and have served continuously for at least ten years, to qualify for pension. Then when you get out, you wait for almost one and a half years, as the pension is processed, because you have failed to “quicken” the process.
I worked for over 15 years in the same job group, because our bosses do not think that we deserve a promotion.
Does the teacher, especially the pensioner have anyone to defend them?
Who compensates the teacher for these many months without a pension?
What happens when such a teacher falls sick in this transition between being an employee who has the monthly peanuts and the helpless defenceless beggar they become on retirement?
