Twitter has been on fire over Mohamed Jaffer’s struggles to please President Uhuru Kenyatta for favors.
Further reports have indicated that 75-year-old Mohammed Jaffer of Grainbulk Handlers Ltd negotiated a Poisonous HARAM GMO Deal with President Ruto’s government behind the backs of other major Millers.
He was granted the Monopoly of the 48Tons GMO Maize whose clearance he secretly did using a fake Nyeri Company.

Billionaire Mohamed Jaffer using KK Desperation to be friends with President Ruto
According to reports, Mohamed Jaffer is trying to use the Unga campaign to get close to President Ruto so that he can save his empires that are facing a bleak future.
Jaffer Mohamed has been slowly building an LPG monopoly under his pink cylinders selling under proton energy Kenya Ltd company-the same company that is associated with the collapse of Mwananchi gas that was State-Sponsored.
Billionaire Mohammed Jaffer Collapsed Gas Yetu
Mwananchi Gas project was to sell under the Gas Yetu brand and was meant to safeguard the poor from respiratory diseases caused by the use of firewood for cooking.
An investigation into what led to the collapse of the project reveals a well-calculated plan by Pro Gas owner Mohammed Jaffer to kill Gas Yetu.
It was also meant to contain the rampant destruction of forests.
According to tweets from Blogger Dikembe Disembe, Mohammed Jaffer could even give his Unga for free because he is trying to shift from the Grain Bulk business. This is something we wrote about sometime back.
Their main interest is the LPG sector, what the billionaire could be targeting from President Ruto especially after he allowed Taifa gas from Tanzania to compete ProGas monopoly.
Mohamed Jaffer Cunning Ways
Those have been the cunning ways of Mohamed jaffer who has managed to buy off any recurrent regime and evade taxes or sell substandard products to Kenyans under a monopoly.
He is also trying to get the President Ruto regime closer in order to avoid troube from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
At one time in 2019, KRA raided Mombasa billionaire businessman Mohamed Jaffer over a suspicious tax evasion scheme among his chain of companies across oil, grains, and liquid petroleum gas industries.
While pilot-testing their new plan in October 2020, the taxman obtained a court order and went on to grab documents from the companies for analysis.
The shocking findings revealed that the companies, One Petroleum Limited, Africa Gas and Oil Company Limited, One Gas Ltd and Grain Bulk Handling Limited had evaded taxes amounting to over Sh68 million.
Further analysis of the documents revealed a massive under-declaration or omission of sales.
As a result, KRA withdrew tax compliance certificates for Jaffer’s companies on the basis that the companies were owned by the same families and investigations will involve all of them.
The companies had shared directors including; Mujtaba Mohamed Jaffer, Ali Abbas Jaffer and Mohamed Husein Jaffer.
The raid was a rare surprise since the family is known to have close ties to powerful politicians in and out of the government.
But as expected, Jaffer’s companies got off the hook on alleged “technical grounds”.
The court threw out KRA orders cancelling the tax compliance because the taxman apparently “withdrew the certificate via email without notice or offering the billionaire a chance to defend himself”.
Mohamed Jaffer Influence on Judges
This strongly puts into question the effectiveness of these new efforts by the taxman and explains why billionaires like Jaffer who sit on illegally accumulated wealth continue to roam free in Kenya.
Jaffer controversially built his business empire by leveraging on political patronage and was at one time the main benefactor of ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga when he served as Prime Minister.
Billionaire Mohamed Jaffer influence is not only limited to the executive arm of government.
He is said to be close to high-ranking judges in the Judiciary including distinguished magistrates like Court of Appeal Judge Alnasir Visram.
With such deep connections within the corridors of power, it is no wonder that the tycoon wins a majority of cases filed against him or any of his firms.
Who is playing who?
So between President Uhuru who needs who?
Could the president be using Mohamed Jaffer to solve the Unga crisis and then dump him?
Nobody has answers to these questions but what we know is that Mohamed Jaffer is desperate to save his empire.
CNYAKUNDI.COM has reported that the billionaire met the president sometime this year and what they might have talked about is a story for another day.
