Reports reaching CNYAKUNDI.COM suggest that terrorists that hit the Dusit Hotel in Riverside Drive had a different target in mind.
It is believed that this afternoon, there was a US conference (function) at Gem Suites where approximately 180 US citizens are said to have been in attendance.
This was the alleged target they intended to hit.
Reports go on to say that due to their uncertainty on the exact location of the highly secured conference, they decided to attack the Dusit Hotel in Riverside where JHPiego is located.
These reports, however, remain unconfirmed.
