Paul Russo, the Kenya Commercial Bank Ex-HR Boss has been linked to hiring mess at the National Bank of Kenya, a few days after he took the job.
According to disgruntled NBK employees that spoke to the editor of this site on condition of anonymity, Russo is following in the footsteps of sex-pest Musau, who was at one time linked to a rape saga after he tried to forcefully put his Mjulus in a staffer’s Nunu…
“Things are happening that are not making sense. I am an employee here at NBK. When we were acquired by KCB, we got guarantees that our jobs were not on the wire and new hires would be done competitively.” Alleges one NBK employee.
Then came the mother of all jokes
” Imagine CN, I cannot pretend to know the context of meetings Russo is having, but how can a teller from KCB be brought in to head a branch? And even the credit risk boss, am told, was a forex charter at KCB! A forex charter!
Paul Russo has also been accused of blocking all the efforts by the employees to reach Joshua Oigara, who they believe would listen to them.
