Nicholas Kinoti is head of KRA Mombasa for the last 5 years. he has been perpetuating corruption & abuse of office amassing a multibillion asset portfolio spread across the country.

8 Ethanol containers at customs warehouse FCIU 4470635, TCLU 2549127,CAIU 2774749, MEDU 1587960, TCLU 3038420, MEDU 2445024, MEDU 3148144, MEDU 2306944. Kinoti received a Ksh. 15 m bribe to authorise sale of the condenmed ethanol. He bribed Michael Mubea Kamau of EACC & George Ojowi of EACC Mombasa to stop investigations.
Six Containers of milk powder ; CMAU 4269158, SEGU 4626096, TCLU 1505551, SEGU 5354393, CMAU 4488860, TCLU 9436483 condemned for destruction but sold illegally at a paltry Ksh. 250,000 on Kinoti’s instructions. each container is worth Ksh. 7m. bill of lading numbers ; AYN 0410318A, DXB 0333414, DXB 0333718, AYN 0394647, AYN 0410318B, AYN 0410318C.
Kinoti also facilitates smuggling of rice and cooking oil at old Port Mombasa pocketing 5m every month from the deals. He is on the payroll of Boss freight & Makupa CFS who pay him 5m monthly to give them container nominations.
