Yesterday, police officers nabbed marijuana worth Ksh. 10 million in Mwatate, Taita Taveta County.
According to the area police boss, that is the largest consignment that has ever been impounded in the county.
This comes just weeks after police officers seized marijuana worth Ksh. 4.5 million found inside a house in Kahawa Sukari estate and ready to be transported in a fuel tanker.
Marijuana users based in Nairobi have been feeling the adverse effects of these impoundments which have led to a huge shortage of the product within the city.
Ngwai ilifaa kuwa distributed Nairobi mzima ilinaswa Kahawa Sukari a few weeks ago. Sai sasa kuna ukame ajabu. Stoners do you hear me and can you relate?.
