Ms Irine Ogamba proceeded on compulsory leave over a terrible, not so good and wanting legal opinions to the Board. Other issues are also following her.
Mr Julius Olayo, the Human Resource Director, is living on borrowed time. This is the agent of maladministration and malicious exit of employees. He is a subject of active criminal investigation over insurance tenders which places him at the centre of bid-rigging.
Over twenty (21) Employees have recorded statements at DCI over procurement fraud.
Investigations still ongoing.
One Galm Rogicha Guyo is the Manager, Levy Administration. He was a bad hire for the job with no idea what he was employed for three years into service. He has been nicknamed a mortician because he heads a critical unit which is on its death-bed.
