Indians Vs Kenyans: Let’s Just Declare Kenya An Apartheid State
Hi Nyakundi,
I have been working at Flower City Kenya company for the last two years, all was well until this year when things started going wrong.
Salaries started delaying until we weren’t being paid all together as of now we haven’t been paid salaries from April.
Last month we were recalled back to work with promises that our dues will be paid only to be taken in circles again. For this reason, workers have stopped going to work. We have tried all sort of ways to get paid but to no avail. Most of the workers are unable to afford basic human needs just because the management doesn’t seem to care about it.
All this is due to one CEO called Pardeep Kumar; his level of incompetence has no bounds he’s manage to run down a company worth Ksh1 billion. Or there about in less than 1000 days.
I mean the company is less than 3 years. This he has done by employing his friends and girlfriends giving them undeserved salaries.
You can imagine around ten people including him earning nearly as much as over 250 general workers and half of junior management level employees and all this ten people do is basically gossip and do shit.
This company should be a case study for the guys at Oxford University on how to run down a company in record time. We have suffered and continue suffering and all this guy does is lie that he’s looking for money and loans from banks so that he can pay us when he knows very well no bank in the world would trust him with their money.
We would be better off knowing tumenyanganywa na ametuiba rather than this charade he’s taking us through.
The other thing is when this Indian go to government offices and calling themselves directors and CEOs or any other fancy names themselves to register companies. Methinks they should take competency test because some of these fools don’t even know first thing about management.
This will save a lot of innocent Kenyans from malpractice and mistreatment from a lot of these incompetent Indians.
