Modern Coast, the overrated Arabic-Pakistan-Asian shit of a transport company seems to not have been left behind by the forever annoying tactics of treating Kenyans like slaves.
The company is said to hire and fire staff at will disregarding the Kenya Labour laws. This has made it a high-staff turnover company because most Kenyans are woke and cannot tolerate such mistreatment in the 21st Century.
By the way, what’s the issue with Asians, mistreatment of Kenyans seem to give these asians some sexual satisfaction with their small dicks.
From arbitrary dismissals, harassment, employing undocumented immigrants, constant salary delays, getting abused like slaves and harassing Kenyans using bough Policemen.
Our source tells us that Modern Coast management has a policeman by the name Wambua from the Industrial Area police station whim they have bought and often use to harass workers.
The slave-drivers are normal-looking people with demented brains and sick outlooks. We’ve been informed that Twaha and Malik are find of issuing threats and hurling expletives at workers.
Please, Modern Coast, explain how the following workers got their work permits. Where did Trevot, Grant, Been Hayton, Jatinder and Singh get their work permits? Are they registered as foreigners by the Kenyan government?

A case in point
Recently, an employee left the company through proper means. He tendered his resignation as required by law but was harassed when unfortunately a laptop was stolen from him.
Joy Mbaka the Human Resources, had him locked up at Industrial area after bribing the police and trumping up charges.
The employee, cnyakundi.com has learnt had reported the theft to a police station and the matter was known to police, but in order to advance the tendencies of slave-driving , Joy saw it fit to bribe other sections of police to lock the guy up causing him emotional and body distress.
‘I feel my rights were violated, unlawful detainment in squalid conditions yet I’m ailing’, the former staff informed us.

You abuse staff, mistreat them and when they wanna leave, you call the police on them, have the locked up suffer psychological trauma and bodily harm in the pathetic jail conditions.

Modern coast should take responsibility and action
The same Modern Coast continues to endanger the lives of Kenyans by lighting up their buses while on transit in order to claim insurance fees.
Cases of lost luggage are rampant too.
Incidences of opening and looting from parcels is the order of the day at the bus company.
The parcels have a bigger turn around time because the staff are underpaid and most of the help themselves from the clients effects.
