Dear our Family of KRA,
Am writing this email with an heavy heart.
We just concluded interviews for promotion for respective sections within ICT at this our reputable company – KRA
To amusement of many of us, we understand the results are out and a few of our colleagues have been given promotion letters, apparently through grapevine that led to them going to 27th floor to confirm if there names indeed are in “The Golden Book”
I have a few key issues i want to raise N’ WE NEED RESPONSE.
i) Where did KRA loose the integrity of HR practice in an interview process?
ii) We were officially called for the interviews and we created time as a sign of loyalty n respect to the employer and attended, we had the right to decline mark you!
On releasing the results what went wrong, why cant due procedure be followed to deliver the results ??
iii) What was the criteria of awarding the promotions since some sections have not even awarded with any, to the contrary people from different sections are being awarded promotion to come to other sections without merit?
iv) How could managers, assistants, junior officers get promotion to become seniors to their current structure all across the ICT section???
v) Can we have the full list of those who have been promoted with ALL respective results published in the E recruit for everyone to see how they performed?
vi) How comes the promotion is ONLY awarding two communities countrywide and to very well known relatives to some senior staffs??
We are NOT going to relent on this for we feel KRA is grooming for a major strike, go slow and sabotage! I think you ALL have already started experiencing this today Friday. NEXT WEEK ITS GOING DOWN!
WE NEED ALL THE PROMOTIONS NULLIFIED AND RESULTS AVAILED IMMEDIATELY ON THE INTRANET TODAY BEFORE WE ENGAGE IN ANY TABLE. OTHERWISE ALL RELEVANT AGENCIES AND MEDIA HOUSES ARE BEING GIVEN THIS WHISTLE BLOWING.
