Hi Cyprian,
I cannot begin to say how glad I am that this issue has been brought to light.
Nancy is not the first employee who has been fired with no grounds.
Last year, another employee by the name of Rose Awich was also fired barely 5 months after she was hired.
The poor lady’s child fell down a flight of stairs and suffered neurological complications from the onset of her employment. She juggled between his ICU bed and her shifts without any sympathy or reprieve all because she was a new employee on probation. On numerous occasions she would be written up due to lateness that had been caused by her son’s medical emergencies.
Despite all this her performance never dwindled though I cant begin to imagine the toll it took on her physically or emotionally.
The saddest thing about Vivo woman is that Wandia is such a tyrant who has put her greed ahead of people’s welfare and she has the perfect orangutan of a HR manager to enforce these heavy handed unlawful acts.
I really wish for the public to see the two sides of this woman so that they can know what they are buying when they buy from Vivo Woman.
Regards,
Someone who wishes to stay anonymous
