The story is set in Japan during the Taisho period (1912-1926), where demons coexist with humans. After the devastating attack by demons leaves his family slain, the protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado, discovers that his sister, Nezuko, has been transformed into a demon. Determined to restore her humanity, Tanjiro resolves to become a demon slayer.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba encompasses all the essential elements that make an anime truly exceptional. From the purity and growth of the main character to the bonds of brotherhood and respect forged with friends and allies, every aspect is meticulously crafted. The intense battle scenes between demon slayers wielding swords and the distinct demon adversaries are exquisitely rendered.
