After being threatened I went further and sort a refund of my monies to their offices at westlands. I have received a nightmare in trying to ask for my money back. From unanswered calls to unreplied texts from the Waiganjo’s.
Efforts to go to the office on several occasions were futile as George is always away from the office. Evertime I have visited the office I am tossed to a different staff only to discover that staff are unceremoniously fired.
In one of my office, I met up with a few clients who were there for their refunds and that’s when I realised that he had been requesting for his refund since 2022.
