The apartments along Kamiti Road owned by Housing Finance has had a problem with its water bill, the management of the apartment has been allegedly stealing from its tenants for a while now.
According to our source the apartment has a dam that supplies water to the houses within the apartment but the billing technique is wanting.
For instance, a family of 3, two adults and a 14-month baby living at the apartment have used upto 11 units per month something that isn’t making sense normally.
