John Wick 4 is the highly anticipated fourth installment of the action thriller franchise starring Keanu Reeves as the titular assassin.

John Wick 4 Release Date: Theatrical and Streaming
John Wick 4 was originally scheduled to hit theaters on May 21, 2021, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the production delays of The Matrix 4, which also stars Reeves, the movie was pushed back to May 27, 2022.
However, in a surprising move, Lionsgate announced in November 2021 that John Wick 4 would be released earlier than expected, on March 24, 2023.
The movie will be available to watch in theaters worldwide on that date, as well as on some streaming platforms.
Lionsgate has a deal with Starz that allows its movies to stream on the premium cable network and its app after a theatrical window of about three months.
This means that John Wick 4 could be available to stream on Starz by June or July 2023.
Additionally, Lionsgate has a deal with Amazon Prime Video that gives the streaming service exclusive rights to stream its movies in Canada.
This means that Canadian fans could watch John Wick 4 on Prime Video around the same time as Starz subscribers in the US.
John Wick 4 Release Date: DVD and Blu-ray
Lionsgate has not announced the official DVD and Blu-ray release date for John Wick 4 yet, but based on the previous movies in the franchise, it could be around six months after the theatrical release.
This means that John Wick 4 could be available on DVD and Blu-ray by September or October 2023.
John Wick 5: Is It Happening?
While John Wick 4 is not confirmed to be the last movie in the franchise, there is no official word on John Wick 5 yet.
Lionsgate had initially planned to shoot John Wick 4 and John Wick 5 back-to-back but scrapped that idea in March 2021.
Director Chad Stahelski and star Keanu Reeves have expressed interest in making a fifth movie, but only if they can find the right story and concept to continue the character’s unique mythology.
Stahelski also said that he doesn’t want to make a fifth movie just for the sake of it and that he would feel “ripped off” if he did.
