where he played for the Wheeling Nailers and the Fresno Falcons during the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons.

He then transitioned to coaching and worked as an assistant coach at various colleges and universities.

Josh was an assistant coach at Brown University from 2010 to 2013 and at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2013 to 2014.

He joined Merrimack College as an assistant coach in 2018 and was entering his fifth season with the Warriors.
