Hey there! So, you won’t believe what’s been happening. Picture this: After a serious mess-up at Mizizi Africa Homes, the CEO George Mburu Waiganjo and crew decide to shift everyone’s money over to Ukoo Africa Homes.
Surprise, surprise – Ukoo Africa Homes is under the management of none other than George’s sister, Freshia Wambui Waiganjo.

Now, here’s where it gets wild. The family, after practically draining Mizizi Africa Homes dry, decides to pull off a marketing stunt for Ukoo Africa Homes.
It’s like they’re playing a calculated con game, and they’re not even trying to hide it.
“Hi Cyprian, I have invested millions in Mizizi Africa Homes and your article almost gave me a heart attack. You have really opened my eyes and I now see through the bluff George has been taking me through. You are indeed the voice of the people. Hundreds of us have been waiting for our homes in ages, these people needs to be taken to the highest court in Kenya. I will not allow my hard earned money to benefit his family as mine suffers.”
But wait, there’s more. Ukoo Africa Homes, turns out, has been in on the con game from the get-go.
Houses that supposedly started back in 2021 right? Yeah, they’re nowhere near completion. And get this – they’ve been fooling people with this one house façade.
“Hi, basically what Mburu is doing is killing the trace of his loot and hiding behind the face of his brother Macharia under their sister’s company Ukoo Africa Homes. This is just a hyaena in the sheep’s skin. Same monkeys, different forest. On this you have helped alot of people. Their time is numbered.”
I did some undercover work, visited the sites at night, and guess what?
The Waiganjo family is taking materials from Mizizi Africa Homes and magically transporting them to Ukoo Africa Homes. They’re basically recycling and re-advertising these “new” houses.
This is a heads-up for everyone out there. The Waiganjo family is pulling off a massive scheme, and it’s time for some serious investigation before this turns into the biggest scam our country has ever seen. Stay alert, folks!
