The jinxed National Hospital Insurance Fund has now started a PR exercise aimed at fooling Kenyans, despite mountains of evidence confirming that everything is not right.
As at yesterday, the management and Board held a meeting and came up with ways to contain the situation, including bribing media for favourable coverage.
President Uhuru, the state-house drunkard has refused to disband the scandalous NHIF board because his friends have been benefitting from the cash-cow that also funded the Jubilee 2017 elections.
The editor of this site, has in many occasions linked the NHIF board members including the board Chair Hannah Miriithi to serious corruption that cannot be ignored.
The board, comprised of sleeping individuals has watched and cheered the looting of NHIF with the board members being partners in crime, a source from within the NHIF confirmed to us. Despite earning millions per month, the board has failed in its core mandate and a purge would be necessary.
The board has watched, without doing anything as graft take over the fund. NHIF, Has been a cash-cow for a few individuals and the bosses at the helm have made it their habit to dance on poor Kenyans graves, as corruption becomes cancer in this country.
According to our sources, top NHIF bosses and board members have formed shell companies that they are using to award themselves tenders and loot it to the ground despite president Uhuru Kenyatta, the state-house joker claiming that universal health-care is one of his big four agenda.
What we refuse to buy is the PR narrative that the NHIF Board and management are investigating fraud within the fund yet they are deeply involved.
To further fool Kenyans, the corrupt NHIF management says that seven facilities have been suspended by NHIF for overstating claims, manipulation of documents of non-existing hospitals and pharmacies and non-disclosure of medical facts- The number is negligible and management and the board is deeply involved. Heads must Roll.
Just for laughs. —>>> NHIF says it paid Ksh1.9 billion for medical claims in 2016 alone and believes it could have lost over Ksh500 million the same year to fraudsters. Is the NHIF boss still in office? How can all this money be syphoned without someone facing the firing squad as Kenyans cheer?
Just for laughs: NHIF has fired juniors leaving out masterminds of the corruption.
