Betkwiff Kenya, a sports betting company, has been accused of not paying social media influencers who promoted its services on X, the new social media platform that replaced Twitter.
The complaints reached a new height on Thursday, August 24, when the angry influencers went on an all-out attack against the company, with some who had remained silent finally going public with their complaints.
Several influencers spoke to us (cnyakundi.com) under the condition of anonymity and complained that they have not received their payments despite doing work for the company.
They claimed that Betkwiff Kenya had promised them a certain amount of money for each post or video they made on the platform, but failed to honor the agreement.
One of the influencers showed us a screenshot of an email from Betkwiff Kenya that confirmed her payment details and the amount she was supposed to receive.
She said: “I did everything they asked me to do. I made posts and videos about Betkwiff Kenya and how great their odds are. I even got some of my followers to sign up and bet with them. But they never paid me. They keep giving me excuses and delaying my payment. This is unfair and unacceptable.”
Another influencer also shared his experience with Betkwiff Kenya.
“They are scammers. They owe me money for two months now and keep telling me that they have technical issues or that they are waiting for approval from their headquarters. But I know they are lying. They are just trying to avoid paying me. They are taking advantage of us because we are young and desperate for money,” he said lamented.

Betkwiff Kenya has not responded to the allegations publicly.
The influencers say that the head of marketing at the company is very rude and unprofessional and that he keeps making excuses and delaying their payments.
They have also criticized the customer service manager for being incompetent and insensitive, and for not handling their queries or complaints properly.

They should pay what they owe as soon as possible and stop exploiting young people who are trying to make a living online.

Worldwide Gaming Limited is a company registered in the Isle of Man, with its registered office at Clinch’s House Lord Street Douglas IM99 1RZ.
According to online sources, Worldwide Gaming Limited is “a global leader in online gaming technology, ” providing “innovative and cutting-edge solutions” for online gaming operators.
We urge Betkwiff Kenya to respond to these claims and pay their influencers what they owe.
