A gay American YouTuber Julian Albino, who is popular for his solo travels around the world, is now facing allegations of abusing his stay in Nairobi by misusing Airbnbs and escaping with uncleared bills.
According to stories circulating on social media, during his latest trip to Kenya.
He booked an Airbnb at Lemac Westlands where he reportedly broke an entire window pane, broke plates and hid them under the couch and checked out without paying for damages.
He proceeded to Skynest Residence next to the Movenpick Hotel and checked into another unit.
Here he soiled all the bedsheets, towels, mattresses, and pillows with his poop.
He also broke a glass dining table and hid the broken glass under the bed.
On top of the damages caused, he allegedly checked out with a $600 balance.
The affected hosts say that Mr. Albino is extremely arrogant and rude.
Allegations against Julian Albino
“The person who appears above is Julian Albino.
He/She has been in an apartment I manage for over a month and left last night without notice and with an uncleared bill of 600USD.
To add insult to injury, he broke a dining table, soiled 16 bedsheets, 2 pillowcases, 4 towels and 1 duvet cover, all with his poop.
It was really a disgusting sight.
He has since gone ahead and blocked me everywhere, but it still seems that he has not left Nairobi.
So I’m requesting if anyone has come into contact with him or knows where he’s currently staying, please call me ASAP.
If you are hosting him, make sure you have access to your house after every two days, so you don’t fall victim,” one angry host wrote in a WhatsApp group.
The angry hosts are currently hunting down the guy as he keeps moving to different units.
By the time of going to press, Mr. Albino was last spotted at Westagate Mall.
