Deepak insults HODs during departmental meetings in the presence of Mehul and Amit so when they come from the meetings it’s us the junior staff who take the heat. On junior staff, he keeps asking HODs to fire them so that Manish can hire and make more money, accretive is paid as a recruiter so the more the layoffs the better for them as they are paid more money. Deepak understands nothing and was fired from Canon Chemicals where he fleeced the company, if his company offers great consulting services why doesn’t he have a website? In his 4 years of his consulting, what has the company not made any profits?
The engineering and plastic division has to be split since plastic keeps making losses year in year out while relying on engineering. How such Indians are in the country mistreating Kenyans is just shocking. Deepak is an overpaid individual cashing over 8M per month just to appear on Tuesdays for a meeting and hurling insults all over. On Manasseh he is not a qualified HR, he came from a printing company where he was on the verge of being fired and has a pending criminal case.
He is full of nepotism and executes whatever he is asked to do by Deepak. He fires immediately he is asked to, he has hired his girlfriends and relatives into the company. There is also a GM called Benedict who is a puppet earning over 2M and has no clue what goes on. Clueless GM is more frustrated than the Union Staff but cannot do anything coz the salary is good.
HR Managers turnover is alarming because they refuse to be puppets and support the mistreatment of factory staff who have no union agreement, no increment over the years, no employee welfare while on the floor. Aside from all the management issues the issue that needs quick intervention from the government is the working conditions on the factory floor, staff are locked in the plant at night and the Operations Head goes with the keys, in case of a fire the loss will be immense.
The factory workers have not had their union terms met for years and when the push became so bad Deepak advises that all the employees resign and reapply for their jobs so that they can get new terms of employment. That was also a way to let go of the teams that the Indians were not really happy with. It was a punitive approach spearheaded by Deepak Varanasi.
