For some reason, the case was withdrawn from ‘criminal section’ by unknown people.
The mother of Victor Shiraku have been summoned to record fresh statements. However, the only thing that stops them from traveling to Luanda is money for transport.
The father had moved to court to have Ebenezer M. Sacco to pay for the injuries and hospital bills that the family incurred.
The case has however dragged on for close to two years because the lawyer is working pro bono.

Our police source says that in his assessment, the police didn’t do their work properly.
