Rogue GlaxoSmithKline intends to exit Kenya without solving the case of unfair termination

This is the progress on the case of interest between pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline and a Kenyan seeking justice.

GlaxoSmithKline vs Pauline Gichuki case number E 228/2021 was supposed to be heard in March has a new date on 17th April 2023.

As stated in our first article, the Big Pharma company is buying time.

Justice delayed, is justice denied.

Why is it buying time? It wasn’t Ms Gichuki to be taken in rounds even as the company is in top plans to exit the country.

GlaxoSmithKline criminal directors David Swao, legal and George Onyango the general manager continues to conduct clearance with Government bodies (in plans to exit the country) despite not having cleared with the labour courts in the case of Pauline Gichuki vs GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Kenya Limited.

A source informs us that when the high court registrar, Noel Kenyanya on 14th February 2023 opted to give an early date in March 2023 for a hearing date, the HHM lead lawyer through her representative Ms Odero claimed that her calendar was full in March 2023 and hence it was pushed to 17th April 2023.

The big question is, what are they planning to do for the 2 months? Clear and run away from Justice?

GlaxoSmithKline needs to be stopped from doing this.

Unfair termination

As per data analysed by Kenyan Statistician Black Orwa, two in three cases in which an employer was sued for unfair termination were ruled in favour of the employee.

The pharmaceutical company is trying to run away from justice.

Right now GlaxoSmithKline is engaging in criminal activities.

Tribalism, nepotism and favoritism were the order of the day in ‘collapsed’ GlaxoSmithKline

Can the Kenyan authorities first hear and determine the application to block clearance of GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals Kenya LTD by the registrar of companies first?

Ms Pauline Gichuki wants to get Justice after her unfair termination while she was on maternity and sick leave.

She says she and her baby have suffered emotional trauma caused by her malicious colleagues.
