I’m humbled to inform you that we had a Parents – Teacher Association (PTA) meeting in school and I wish to inform you that following some challenges affecting our school i.e. lack of library, congestion in the dorms (triple deckers), among others; we formed an association called FOKGS (Friends of Kisumu Girls).
Its main agenda is to change the look of the school and hopefully to better the performance of our girls.
All parents are therefore requested to contribute Kshs.1500 termly towards the same.

Kisumu Girls demands parents to pay more than the required.
This is corruption at its best without involving the stakeholders
Please, right now the contribution for teachers motivation of Kshs. 6,000 each and Geography trip of Kshs. 3,500 each are still on going, yet you add another 1500 per term on top by incorporating all parents in that so called friends of Kisumu Girls!?
Didn’t we pay for development in earlier days???
In your newsletters, the school always indicates the huge amount of fees in millions parents owe the school, yet the school keeps on increasing levies every now and then.
What a contradiction!!
You can’t add loan to someone who owe you millions unless its a mere joke!!
