Lawyer Donald Kipkorir, today Tweeted master of the universe, Twitter, to reinstate the Cyprian Nyakundi Twitter account. Twitter has recently been criticized for censoring users and shadow-banning other users, a matter US president Donald J Trump promised to investigate.
The Cyprian Nyakundi Twitter account was suspended a few days ago after Twitter alleged ”Multiple policy violations” despite the fact that Twitter has never contacted Nyakundi over any of these policy issues. This is the first time the account is being suspended.
We welcome Donald Kipkorir’s support and encourage other Kenyans to condemn the outright censorship on Kenyans and Twitter community
Dear @Twitter , the ongoing war against corruption in Kenya was mainly due to the unrelenting solo crusade by Cyprian Nyakundi …. He had his infractions, but his crusade was legitimate .. Kindly, lift his suspension. Let him see the fruition of his activism.
