Safaricom has failed to retain its best talent as popular social media employee going by the initials ER has allegedly been poached, the editor of this site has learnt.
ER is popular for his witty social media responses that have entertained Kenyans and left them in stitches even as Safaricom steals from them.
There has been an outcry from Safaricom staffers due to poor leadership by the management and impunity that is deeply embedded within the notorious Telco’s DNA.
ER’s exit will be a blow to Safaricom, that has been under the spotlight for stealing from Kenyans and engaging in unethical practices like dishing out private info to government assassins, details that are used for extrajudicial killings. This is according to multiple human rights reports.
Squad digital, the unoriginal digital agency runs the Safaricom social media wing and ER is alleged to be leaving because of poor pay, mismanagement and impunity within Safaricom. But our source adds that these agencies underpay their staffers and Squad Digital eats a huge chunk of what they are supposed to pay staffers that work for the notorious and most corrupt company Safaricom.
Safaricom has more than 50% female staffers and the Telco remains feminist controlled. Bon Collymore used to operate/operates under the whims of Sylvia Mulinge, the controversial Safaricom executive linked to murder and whose products within the Telco have failed to deliver because of her low IQ and feminist view of issues.
