A young Kenyan lady has reached out to uhondo.news after she was physically assaulted by her boyfriend on Friday, 20th December at Nairobi West area.
In her message to one of this site’s editors, she claims that police officers from the Nairobi West Patrol Base where she reported the incident haven’t been very supportive in bringing the abuser to book.
The boyfriend, a certain Joshua, alias “Josh” reportedly roams free in Juja Town despite committing the terrible act.
“Hello, find photos below of a Kenyan citizen called [Name Withheld] physically abused by the boyfriend and police officers of Nairobi West Police Patrol Base where the case was reported are not following up on the matter. The incident happened at Nairobi West area. This happened on Friday. Nothing is happening to ensure justice. The police at Nairobi West are just reluctant. We need justice for her. The boyfriend lives in Juja. He goes by the name Joshua and nicknamed as Josh. Nothing has been done and we shouldn’t allow this. If you could post this, we would really appreciate. Thank you.”
