The National Cement company has been caught pants-down stealing from its customers after a keen one got curious and decided to measure the weight of the cement.
All this happens in the name of offering cheap cement to their customers.
According to measured weight, the weight of national cement is about 43Kgs from the recommended weight of 50Kgs.
CNYAKUNDI.COM has confirmed that the standard accepted weight ranges between 49.5 – 50Kgs.
In 2018, a very keen Kenyan discovered that a festive bread that had been bought was weighing 5 grams less shining a spotlight on these companies.
The bread which is supposed to weigh at 400 grams, was at 395 grams, that is exactly 5 grams less. This means that if the bread was retailing at its normal sh.50 per loaf the customer lost only sh.50 cents which is equivalent to 5 grams.
Festive bread company has also come under the spotlight for using dangerous chemicals to preserve their bread.
😂😂😂😂 hii Kenya, ulifikiria nini mpaka ukasema "leo lazima nipime weight ya bread"
