This is a complaint from a Kenyan in Dubai about the weird behavior of staff at the consulate there.

The Kenyan consulate in Dubai is such a big joke. It has very rude officials with little or no help at all.
At the moment they are asking for covid test results you pay to get the results) which should be negative to be assisted once you get to the gates they won’t even ask you to show them the results whether you negative or positive you have to be served outside the gates
Yes you have to stand out there under this weather (it’s summer in UAE with 45-51 degrees temperatures) and explain what you need while the official guy will be there 5cms away from you listening then you will again wait as he goes back inside to “help ” you .
There is tent inside the consulate where people should sit on benches or chairs 2 meters apart like in metro train or other offices.
A consulate staff has parked his car under that tent.
Kindly highlight this for the sake of the Kenyan citizens in Dubai .
