I’m writing to ask for your assistance in exposing my former SACCO for refusing to refund my savings I made when I was still a member; Well, I’m doing this to represent myself and other hundreds of victims who may feel the fear of being victimized or threatened by relevant persons well known to them.
Now NASCA SACCO which is located within NAS Airport Services Limited, an airline catering company at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport-JKIA and is run by/for the NAS employees strictly, meaning you got to be employed by NAS to become a NASCA SACCO member and this is where hell breaks loose.
No one is at liberty to take the SACCO to task over mismanagement and misappropriation of members’ contribution because everyone is at fear of either getting fired, intimidated or frustrated by the employer since the SACCO is actually the mouthpiece of the employer.
Even as NAS Airport Services denies having an affiliation with the SACCO; a member’s saving, loan deduction or any other transaction must be reflected on the employer’s payslip.

This is a fact that confirms that NAS is directly involved in the decision makings of the SACCO’s operations.
To make it even more bitter, NAS top management is entitled to an interest free loan of whichever amount they wish at the expense of the junior employees’ service. A lot of injustice and impunity to make the life of top management comfortable and cosy.
As I write, this is my fifth year demanding for my savings refund back but to no success and this is the case with hundreds of more ex members with others with over seven years waiting to get their refunds back.
Once one stops being an employee of NAS, they find it even more difficult to access the SACCO’s offices since the SACCO is within the premises of NAS, a case that will take one ages to negotiate with the security to grant access.
Kindly assist in exposing NAS Airport Services because its within its premises that all these financial ills and crime are happening and they’re quiet about it.
We all save money to help us on a later date in times of emergency or planning. It’s now three years with the SACCO running but without any dividends for members and any alarm raised only falls into deaf ears.
