Governor Susan Kihika has once again on the limelight after Nakuru level five hospitals threw under the bus her order.
In September, the Nakuru Level 5 Hospital was ordered by the county government to waive unpaid hospital bills amounting to Ksh5 Million.
According to patient reports reaching us, nothing was done and the order was thrown in the trash bin as soon as she left the facility.
Nakuru level 5 is clearly doing business with patients according to the following testimony from a daughter of a current admitted patient.

Nakuru level 5 hospital has really decided to do business with my family.
My mom was in an accident hapo salga on 12th Nov and was taken to level five by strangers ( God bless their hearts).
So on 13 asubui I went there( I live in Murang’a) and was told she needs CT scan, I paid 6k and it was done. Mpaka leo no report has come back. We are told radiologist hajaikuja.
As if that’s not enough, she broke her hand vibaya sana and it needs surgery. Was told to pay 65,000 shillings Asap ndio surgery ifanywe. I fundraised from friends and on 14th November I paid the 65K.
Sasa kutoka 14th mpaka leo, mom amekua akiambiwa surgery ni kesho, kesho ikifika anaambiwa ni next week.
She has been there from 12th to leo and the way things are going nikama hio surgery haitafanywa.
She is in pain, they keep filling her body with painkillers na kumwongeza maji.
We have tried all we can hakuna kitu wanafanya. I request for transfer, wamekataa!!!! Yaani ni kama she’s in prison.
Mind you I’m 24 years old, pregnant!!no job na ni mimi mom ananaangalia atoke huko. Niko sure sahi bill imefika pesa ya Shamba!!!

People keep coming from referrals na wanaenda theatre. My mom has been there for so many days I’m almost giving up!!!!! I’m so tired aki!
