On March, 9th 2017, I revealed how Sylvia Mulinge had hit a young girl Mary Kusa Etale. At the time of the fatal accident, Sylvia Mulinge was overspeeding and was drunk. The vehicle a top of the range Toyota Prado KBU 483M that was involved in the incident has Safaricom Ltd registered as its legal owners.
Lawyers Representing the deceased immediately wrote a protest letter to the Director Of Public Prosecutions. And After social media pressure, the office of the ODPP, On March 6th 2017 wrote a letter to Director Of Criminal Investigations demanding a ” Duplicate ” of police files regarding the Sylvia Mulinge matter.
What followed was shoddy work by both the DPP’s office and that of DCI leading to the bungling of the case, as revealed in the article that we did a few days ago.
