Former IEBC ICT Manager the late Chris Msando was honoured in Ghana for his integrity.
Msando was given the ICPS Posthumous Award For Integrity due to his dedication to ensure the 2017 Kenyan elections would be free and fair and that the people’s will would prevail.
His former workmate Dr Roselyn Akombe congratulated Msando on Twitter and added that indeed heroes are never honoured in their hometown.
