This morning, the office of the Ethiopian Prime Minister has announced that an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 on a regular scheduled flight to Nairobi has crashed and an unknown number of people have lost their lives.

Latest details have now revealed that the Ethiopian Airlines flight #ET302 dropped from the radar 6 minutes after departure from Addis Ababa.
The jet is a brand new Boeing 737 MAX 8 and was delivered to the airline just four months ago.
It had had 149 passengers and 8 crew members on board many of who are feared dead.
According to Alex Macheras, a reliable, top aviation analyst, the Airline has confirmed that indeed the plane crashed.
