These Garissa great men have taken upon themselves to exercise the right enshrined in the constitution even as Article 37 of the Constitution of Kenya provides for freedom of peaceful assembly and states that ‘every person has the right, peaceably and unarmed, to assemble, to demonstrate, to picket, and to present petitions to public authorities’
