Nyakundi, shida iko we have a problem. We are suffering. This was once a good place to work but what is happening now only God knows how we survive daily.
This Indian lady has made our life to be a hell in Mombasa. She operates with a hit-list targeting old staff and for sure 1 by 1 she has finished them off and slowly placing those of her liking.
She has managed to hook her fangs into the management in Nairobi they dance to her tune.
She is working closely with her faithful follower, Vijedi who obeys her like a loyal dog.
He has fired all his good technicians in the service centre so that they can place their people. You can check complaints on Facebook everyday they have ran the place to the ground. His work is to report to her and spend the day bickering and complaining like a woman
One of the worst things I witnessed is a certain boy called Charles who was working there. He was brought by the same Vijedi so they decided to remove an old staff called Ombasa and place this Charles in his place.
Let me tell you, Ombasa is an old hardworking man whom, through sheer malice, they placed under performance improvement, where they wrote bad reviews of him so as to remove him.
When Charles knew of the plan he decided to resign telling us that what they want to do to the guy he can’t accept. ‘Since am young I know i’ll get another job but this old man has a family depending on him, let me leave so he can stay. ‘
Sure enough the guy resigned. God bless that poor boy. Can you imagine such a thing happening in a so called ISO CERIFIED COMPANY?
Nyakundi even drivers are targeted daily since they stopped carrying the Indian witch Mira daily to her husband’s job at railways and home every time she falls sick. The drivers work without overtime pay. She will finish them!.
Meanwhile she placed her spy Rogers to monitor the cars and report if African managers i.e. one people person known as Simon, if he’s using them to carry charcoal and other stuff. Only Vijedi is allowed to use the vehicles to carry charcoal; and her, for anything, she wants halo she is the Indian in Mombasa SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO ANYTHING.
To be in her good books just be a spy and report to her daily everything about your colleagues. The woman reports to work to sing her Indian songs all day and write composition emails to bring people down. Meanwhile, she has transferred all her work to junior staff to do all her reports and work. They are so overwhelmed they can’t even do their work. They are forced to lock themselves in the boardroom to complete work. I always find them buried in work when collecting petty cash and I ask why they can’t complain
Happy are those who are her spies she will make your crimes disappear and praise you for nothing. The likes of Rogers and Ali were recruited by her and Tobias thank God he left and promised promotions and money to do their bidding.
