A battle over land pitting two entities named after Visa Oshwal is in the courts.
It is the first time this has been stated in public.
The Oshwal Community wants to kick out Visa Oshwal Primary School located in Parklands from their land.
According to a source, the Oshwal Community claims ownership of the school and land.
This has forced the school to end out distress signals looking for well-wishers to help it fundraise money to pay a lawyer to aid in the court case.

“This is not the first time this case has emerged the last being around 2008/2009 whereby the parents and pupils back then had to protest in the streets of westlands,” the source wrote.
He added, “I’m speaking from experience as I was a student at the school back then, more than a decade later the school is faced with the same problem. This problem came to my attention as one of the children around my neighborhood came with a form that was intended to raise funds for a lawyer”.
