Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has banned Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni from stepping into his constituency until democratic reforms are initiated in the Republic of Uganda.
In a statement shared on all his social media platforms on Sunday, Babu Owino has alleged that Museveni owns several investments in Embakasi East and he will not let him have access in his region as he has already formed a special committee to investigate the source of Museveni’s wealth in Embakasi East.
This comes just a few days after president Museveni banned Babu Owino from stepping into Uganda and accused him of inciting his citizens in a manner likely to cause a breach of peace.
