Hi Nyakundi,
I work at Blowplast Limited, the company you have put on the spot for violating the rights of workers.
The management has started sacking staff that come from the Kisii ethnic community. (because of Nyakundi)
This is tribalism of the highest order. Mr. Alila who is the Human Resources Manager intends to fire all Kisii’s, thinking that they are the are the ones who gives you information.
Recently, a staff was fired for being a Kisii.
The company has two HRMs who report to different entities; one reports to Sanjay and the other to the board of directors.
Some of the fired have not received their pay and it seems they’ll never be paid.
