Harassment & Nepotism at KAA from Caroline Mwanzia
Dear Cyprian,
We thank you for the good work you’re doing especially exposing harassment meted out to staff who have no one to turn to in their firms for reprieve.
We have seen how you exposed the harrasment at DTB Bank and believe you can do this for Kenya Airports Authority (KAA).
Caroline Wangui Mwanzia is a manager in finance at KAA. She causes untold suffering to anyone who interacts with her on official duties.
From the minute she steps into the office in the morning she is in a completely foul mood. She raises the pitch in her voice and starts shouting at anyone she encounters.
She has no respect for the director of finance – the person she is supposed to report to. Neither does she take any instructions from him. This may be attributed to the fact that she earns double his salary and also participated in an interview for the finance director position but was not successful, even though the cartels and airport mafia were fronting her to take care of their interests.
Woe unto you if you go to her office enquiring about your payments after offering goods or services to KAA.
She will keep you outside her office waiting for more than one hour as she talks endlessly on her phone. And when she finally gives you audience you will not like the bashing she will mete out to you.
We have also noticed the bad aura in that open office when she is around. She carries a bad omen wherever she goes.
Please Cyprian, come to the rescue of all those affected by the bad attitude of this woman who only favors and listens to those from her tribe of origin.
