Catherine Wanjiru, the owner of Saffara Travel Ltd, has posted a screenshot of an email that reveals she is owed by Silverstone Air; seeking payment before the airline changes its name.
“Silverstone Air owes my company Kshs. 147,124. Maurine Bittah says in the article that they have paid their debts. They have not. They must pay their debts before name change is considered”, she wrote on Twitter, tagging the accounts of journalists and the industry regulator KCAA.

Silvestone is seeking KCAA’s approval to change its name to Jetlite Air Limited.
