On Sunday, military officials in Somalia confirmed that 52 Al-Shabab militants were killed after a deadly airstrike by the United States.
The strike came just days after members of the extremist group attacked the dusitD2 hotel in Riverside Drive, Nairobi where over twenty people were killed.
