Duncan Owino, the Zetech University student leader was yesterday arrested for leading comrades in a peaceful demonstration against bad governance and harassing of students by security personnel at the institution.
He was arraigned in court today, charged with trumped-up charges of inciting students to riot, violence and destruction of property.
