I want to bring to your attention about the scandalous “Huduma Namba” .They haven’t payed the remaining phase 4 balance to the RO (registration officers) & RA (registration assistants).
Interestingly, we all know they have a Secretariat.
The last phase was supposed to be cleared by June or early July 2019; now we are approaching September!
The money was budgeted and allocated, so treasury is not at fault. The ministry of Interior is where the “sharks ” have refused to disburse the balance.
Then you hear clueless Kenyans praising Fred Matiangi as ” Super CS”.
What is so super with him?
