Freight In Time or FIT is a regional logistics company they was founded in 1996.
Kenyans have often been sidelined when it comes to employment as decision makers in Multinational firms.
A Multinational would rather bribe ministry of Labour and department of immigration officials to flout rules on employment of foreigners.
When will Kenya work well.
Hi Cyprian,
Please help us reach out to the government especially CS Fred Matiangi.
Freight In Time (FIT) Ltd is a logistics company based in Nairobi, Kenya.
FIT is the appointed service contractor for United Parcel Service (UPS).
FIT is known for all the bad things that include paying employees’ salaries very late and offering no medical cover to all its staff. Employees never have an idea on when their salaries shall be paid.
UPS should be ashamed of dealing with a company with such reputation.
As if that is not enough malpractice FIT recently employed someone who does not satisfy the requirements to be given a work permit to work in Kenya.
His name is Faiz Dada.
He has been appointed to come and take over a job in which there are many skilled and experienced Kenyans in the same company and the whole country.
He has been hired and introduced as group head of commercial which is basically a sales job at the company. How many Kenyans are trained and experienced in Sales and Commercial activities are jobless and yet are not given the same opportunity. He is coming to Kenya after failing in
in Djibouti under the same company.
This man has no special or unique skills that he is bringing to the country. Actually there are more Kenyans who can train him on how to perform those duties he has been given so that he can be useful to his country of origin.
Please get to him and have him taken back to where he came from. His services are not needed in Kenya.
