K24 TV has this evening been subjected to the wrath of social media trolls after they reported that a “huge” snake had been found in Karura Forest.
Many Kenyans in the replies couldn’t quite understand how a snake found in its natural habitat was such big news.
Some came to K24’s defense and suggested that maybe the media house found the story newsworthy due to the fact that a lot of people frequent the park for their routine exercises or simply to have fun.
Whichever way you view it, one thing is for sure; some of the replies to the post were hilarious and we’ve sampled some of them below.

Considering that the place is open to the public, and the size of that serpent…what has it been feeding on to get to that mass?its dangerous.

It's good to inform the public to be so that they can take care when strolling around in the forest.
