On Sunday, former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale tweeted that he had he had delivered a brand new car to Shitoli Catholic Church as a Christmas present for their priest.
Within minutes the post was full of taunting Kenyans who told him that he was just William Ruto’s newest altar boy who was simply making a delivery on behalf of his master.
From the thread of comments, it’s clear that the newly found friendship between the two has not been very popular with Kenyans.
I like the English – You delivered the Christmas gift. The only part you aint telling us is on whose behalf you were delivering the gift. Anyway, we know its @WilliamsRuto
