The idiotic NCIC must be disbanded because it is promoting division and not unity. The Old Mzee with a gap between his teeth should instead go to the village to guard his goats because he is a total failure!
The Kenya Revenue Authority has on many occasions failed to hit tax collection targets because of corruption by the senior management that must be broken up.
Instead of NCIC calling for a human-resource audit, they are busy chasing Bloggers holding the government to account while politicians like Moses Kuria that have made serious hate remarks, walk free.
