There seems to be a crisis within the Serena Hotel Management, a video sent to cnyakundi.com reveals.
In the Video, one mzungu says “a gun was put at his neck” and says the infighting between management is affecting their customers, who watched in disbelief as the mzungu spoke.
He goes ahead stating that the hotel may be shut for two weeks if they don’t sit down and talk.
